I left Minnesota to leave the ice and snow. What greeted me when I awoke on Monday morning? Well, at least it doesn't last as long in Santa Fe as it does in St. Paul! This is a view out my front door. Pretty, isn't it?

Got snowed, eh? Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm still thinking about that 'bikini and no snowshoes" line.
ReplyDeleteWe are still getting snow here in southwestern Ohio. Twelve inches on the 6th and then more on the 8th and now more today. I guess another 10 inches is due.
ReplyDeleteI suppose the cold is "a dry cold" there like they used to say, when I lived in Tucson, that it was a "dry heat."

It is very pretty! I wondered how long it would be before more snow arrived.
ReplyDeleteKate--nice photos....And Santa Fe Kate?!?
ReplyDeleteI almost can't believe this, but we know that Maya Angelou is right.
ReplyDeleteHa! Albany's had 8.7 inches of snow so far this year, which really is nothing. Yes, it is pretty, especially when you know it's GOING AWAY!
ReplyDeleteHa! Mother nature has her ways. Loved the quote. The pictures are pretty with all that fresh new snow.
ReplyDeleteNature sure does have a sense of humor at times. It looks pretty but I want the sun.
ReplyDeleteThere is no escape! How do the locals deal with the snow down there compared to Minnesotans?
ReplyDeleteGreat shots Kate, are you in Eldorado? No we haven't bid on anything yet, still looking.
ReplyDeleteAmazing pictures..of snow:)
ReplyDeleteSad times. I've been watching the weather in Jackson and it's been below freezing this week. It's also colder than normal here in Orlando. I wish we'd get back to normal!
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable! Who would have thought! Well I hope the snow goes and the sun shines for you Kate.
