What better post for Valentine's Day than the well-known symbol for ETERNAL LOVE?! This artist was demonstrating his technique at a Canyon Road Gallery.
I recently bought a set of palate knives for painting, and I will have to try them some time. But I will not be able to produce anything with the artistry that you show today.
Happy Valentines Day. They just had an anti valentines day segment on the news. Happy Hour prices at a sports bar all day if you bring in your valentines day cards and run them through a shredder.
i love the bottom part of the canvas, but c'mon! The atrist totally seems like he's only doing this to be festive. If he really wanted to paint a picture that represents love, the last thing an artist would do is use the most common route of inspiration! A heart? So cheesy.
I disagree w/ Apple pie a La Mode :) Love is not cheesy & neither are hearts. ♡♡♡ & just because it has a heart, does not mean it is not art... a little valentines rhyme for ya :)
des tableaux plein d'amour, c'est beau..Bonne St Valentin

Nice portrait and most appropriate for the day. I like portraits best when people are doing what they do and not looking at the camera.
