These steps lead you to the fabulous Spa,-10,000 Waves, just outside the city limits of Santa Fe. It is a place not to miss! The hot tubs, massages, and relaxing room are exactly what the doctor ordered. You can even be pampered overnight if you wish to stay longer. If you would like to see an interior photograph, here is a waterfall I posted in 2010 when I visited the spa for the first time.
As you enter the building, you are greeted by this soft and lovely image.
It looks like a small entry to a white and private paradise, a relaxed place. The snow surrounding the path is nice. Lovely cold shot!!

How did I miss this on my visits to Sante Fe? I'll be there next visit. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteNow that would be a day well spent.
ReplyDeleteAfter a cold trip up the stairs a warm spa would be so welcoming.
ReplyDeleteI've been to Santa Fe numerous times and have promised myself that I'd go there. So far, I haven't made it... dang, I wish I had! Well, for sure I'll do it the next time!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place. I have heard of it before. Makes me want to take a trip.
ReplyDeleteThose steps look like they could get a bit tricky in bad weather. I've never been to a spa.
ReplyDeleteI could use a massage right about now!
ReplyDeleteNice shot of the stairway! I'd read and heard about this spot, and we even drove there but never went in. I can't recall why. It looks and sound like a perfect way to spend a day.
ReplyDeleteOooh! This sounds like a place I would like. It does look very inviting, which is a must for a spa. :)
ReplyDeletethat second shot is so welcoming.
ReplyDeleteI think you are having waaaaay too much fun out there in Santa Fe...esp. when so many of your cohorts and relatives are freezing their u-no-whats up in Minnysota!
ReplyDeleteSounds like such a wonderful place to go. After the past week, I would happily spend a few hours there. How lucky you are to have enjoyed a visit there Kate. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteI've heard of it, never been though.
ReplyDeleteI am feeling mellower just thinking about it. Aaaaahhhhhh . . .
ReplyDeleteOoo, I would love to go there and be pampered. It looks so relaxing.
ReplyDeleteMy photo location is Red Rock Canyon State Park just a few miles from Las Vegas, Nevada.
We love the drama of the mountains and their colors.
Lovely! It must be a great place.
ReplyDeleteI'm relaxing already!
ReplyDeleteI can't remember the last time I had a spa, if only Santa Fe wasn't so far away Kate, would be lovely.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful and inviting image! I definitely will be at that spa when I get to Santa Fe!
